Tincan Island Customs Command Rakes #154.38 Billion in October.

The Tincan Island Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has collected a total revenue of #154.38 billion in the month of October, 2025.

The command has continued to witnessed a focused leadership on revenue collection and increased greater exploits in different areas of operations especially since since the introduction of the United Customs Management System, codenamed the B’Odogwu platform.

As an experience and seasoned valuation guru,
the Area Controller, Tincan Island Customs Command, Comptroller Frank Onyeka has brought his prowess to bare with the revenue collection of #154,384, 834,050.93k for the month of October. Also, the command had collected its highest monthly revenue collection of #159 billion ever recorded in the history of the Command .

Comptroller Onyeka said in August when the command recorded its highest revenue generation ever recorded was a break through which is attributed to the successful deployment of the indigenous B’Odogwu trade platform, which he said has “significantly improved trade facilitation and enhanced revenue collection.

According to him, “The command had recorded its highest monthly revenue collection ever in the month of August 2025, raking in #159 billion,” he said.

He then praised the commitment of his officers and commended stakeholders for their contributions to the achievement. He also commended the Comptroller General of Customs Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, for recognizing the efforts of the Tincan Island Port Command officers and granting his support in their performance, he posited.

The command has keyed into the policy of collaboration and Innovation as espoused by the CGC and this has been a driving force in the activities of the Command this year.
