MWUN Celebrates Oyetola at 70.

The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) under the leadership of Comrade (Prince) Adewale Adeyanju, fnli, HFCPSP congratulates the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Honourable Adegboyega Saka Oyetola CON, on his seventy years birthday ceremony.

Dr. Adeyanju described the Hon. Oyetola as a silent achiever, and a man with great knowledge of the sector.

According to Comrade Adeyanju, “Honourable Oyetola has facilitated a lot of fruitful innovations that have progressively touched on the lives of both the employers and employees in the maritime industry and the country at large.”

Comrade Adeyanju who doubles as the Deputy President, Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Vice President Global, International Workers Federation (ITF) also said that Oyetola is one Minister who members of the union will continue to remember vis a vis the Dockworkers Branch, Seaferers Branch, the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) Branch and the shipping Branch for his commitment towards the union when he arrived Lagos from Abuja to witness the signing of the Shipping Branch NJIC for workers in the shipping sector and that has truly revealed his pragmatic nature towards work and due diligence as a great Minister.

Therefore, Oyetola”s workers friendly attitude was demonstrated again in the sector, which has brought so much joy, peace and tranquility for both workers, employers and other stakeholders in the industry.
His achievements so far cannot be over emphasized, he added.

Prince Adeyanju and his entire executives wish the Pioneer Minister a pleasant “Happy Birthday” while praying that the Almighty God will continue to grant him good health and longevity.
